Nature of Services & Medical DisclaimerScope The Company provides location-independent remote consulting, telephonic advisory sessions, and remote energetic wellness sessions. No Medical Care: Our services do not constitute medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Client Responsibility: By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The Services are not a substitute for professional medical care. 3. Eligibility & User Accounts To book a session or use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. 4. Bookings, Cancellations, and Refund PolicyAppointments All bookings for telephonic or remote sessions are binding once confirmed by the Company. Cancellation Policy: Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full session fee. Refunds: Due to the personalized and time-based nature of digital consulting and energetic sessions, all sales are final and non-refundable once the session has commenced or completed. 5. Payment Terms & Fraud PreventionCurrency & Methods Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) in USD or EUR as designated during checkout. No Unauthorized Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your credit card issuer or bank. In the event of an unjustified dispute, the Company reserves the right to seek recovery of funds and any associated collection fees. 6. Intellectual Property All content, text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during the remote or telephonic sessions are the intellectual property of Bio-logical living LLC. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any materials or session content without our prior written consent. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bio-logical living LLC and its members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the digital or telephonic Services. 8.
